Academy Award winning cinematographer Andrew Lesnie passed away suddenly at the age of 59. Along with his work on Peter Jackson’s 6 middle earth films, Lesnie shot such notable movies as RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES, KING KONG and BABE. Leslie’s final film was THE WATER DIVINER with actor/director Russell Crowe which is in AMC Theatres now.
