Ma. Lourie Victor is an awardee of the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) and an advocate of Indigenous Peoples' Education in the Philippines. Through her stories on the lives and challenges experienced by indigenous peoples in the Philippines, she gives insights on what should define the strength and integrity of a person.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
