NASA’s Operation IceBridge has returned from its spring campaign measuring changes in the Greenland ice sheet and in sea ice in the Arctic Ocean. Flying for the first time on board a borrowed NOAA P-3 aircraft, the airborne mission accomplished many of its key goals for the season, including getting measurements over some of the fastest-changing glaciers in Greenland.
