Nissan brought the IDx Freeflow and Idx Nismo concepts to Cars and Coffee in Irvine CA for the first ever public viewing of the all new next generation Nissans as a sort of litmus test to gauge the public's reaction to the sport compact concepts. The IDx Freeflow is a sort of throwback to a simpler time when cars were less about connectivity and more about being connected to the road, while the IDx Nismo shows what 21st century tuners could do with a modern interpretation of the classic three box shape.
