My Biggest Struggle | Announcement | Giveaway

Hey guys! This is a very personal story which I don't talk about very often. It was hard for me to talk about it and I think you can tell from my speech because I still get emotional and breathless talking about it. It's like I can't even talk properly lol! My anxiety attacks have gotten so much better over the last two years but it is still part of me. It is very hard to get rid of it completely and I try my best to conquer it. It is crazy that I couldn't sit on the planes, trains, cars, couldn't even watch a movie outside, or even go to a mall at one point. I felt so crappy because it changed my life completely. And as you can see now, I'm travelling a lot, get on public trains in Italy and such. So it has gotten a lot better. The italy trip was not an easy task for me, the 3 hours crazy train ride to Rome was so hard on me but i managed to get through it. It was a mental battle but i didn't have a full blown panic attack so I was really happy about that. When I have to do something really uncomfortable and if the people around me don't know I have this condition, I get extremely anxious. So nowadays I will tell them straight that I have anxiety and panic attacks at situation like this.

Anyway I hope that this video helps some of you guys out. Please seek help if you aren't feeling well mentally, or physically. You will find ways to calm yourself down and everyone's technique might be different.

Also my jewellery line! I am so excited that it is finally out. I put in a lot of thoughts into the design. I want it to be something I would wear for different kind of occasions but still edgy.
