P-Type made the grounds of hip-hop scene with GARION and VerbalJint. From the day he held the mike, it’s already been 16 years and before releasing his 4th regular album, he is showing the pre-opening single ‘Gwanghwamun’.
‘Gwanghwamun’ is a song that talks about Gwanghamun and Jongno where P-Type spent most of his teenage life and 20s. It goes beyond a simple remembrance but it talks about stranger living in the specific time and space, and self-reflection of himself at the moment.

ガリオン、ババルジントなどと一緒に韓国ヒップホップシーンの礎を築いてきたP-Type。初めてマイクを握った日から今年で16年目を迎えるP-Typeが、4thフルアルバムのリリースに先立ち先行公開シングル「光化門」を公開する。
「光化門」は P-Type本人が10〜20代のほとんどを過ごした場所である光化門と鐘路の感慨を表現した曲で、単純な回想を越えて、特定の空間と時間を一緒に生きていく他者、そして自分の現在の姿に対する冷静な省察を表わしている。
가리온, 버벌진트 등과 함께 한국 힙합 씬의 초석을 닦았던 피타입. 처음 마이크를 잡은 날로부터 올해로 16년째를 맞는 피타입이 그의 정규 4집 앨범 발표에 앞서, 선공개 싱글 '광화문'을 공개한다.
'광화문'은 피타입 본인이 10~20대의 대부분을 보냈던 장소인 광화문과 종로에 대한 감회를 담아낸 곡으로, 단순한 회상을 넘어 특정 공간과 시간을 함께 살아가는 타인들, 그리고 자신의 현재 모습에 대한 냉정한 성찰을 담아내고 있다.
