Science is the greatest power of Man, some people and nations use it for man's progress, while others use it for selfish ends and for the destructions of the entire Human race.
Prof. Sharma is poor scientist but devoted&honest worshipper of science, in the course of his experiments stumbled on the formula of Human Invisibility. Ramesh one of the ex-students, stealing the formula started using it for thefts, robberies&smuggling. He started dreaming of becoming the invisible Dictator of the world. People of his class all over the world looked upon him as their boss&he started controlling an international ring. Prof. Sharma finding his stolen formula being misused and abused, called his other students, the young and brilliant scientist Amar Kumar from abroad. In this he was encouraged by his younger daughter Geeta, who was already in love with Amar who also loved her. Geeta herself a science student, wanted Amar to be help&use in India, his motherland, than to work abroad,
C.I.D chief Kulkarni and inspector Rakesh were in search of the invisible man who was responsible for so many crimes, thefts and robberies.
Ramesh stole the formula and later kidnapped Prof. Sharma so that he can use his scientific knowledge for his own black deeds. Prof. Sharma refused to fall in with his plan. Ramesh tried another trick. He kidnapped Geeta and warned Prof. about his evil intensions.
Ultimately the TWO invisible Men confronted each other.
