Chef Jun is back and this time with mixed seafood in coconut milk. To make this you will need the following.
1KG FROZEN MIXED SEAFOOD
1 LARGE ONION
1TBSP GARLIC
1 TBSP GINGER
1 CAN (400ML) COCONUT MILK
2TBSP FISH SACE (PATIS)
SALT PEPPER
2 FRESH WHOLE CHILLI
2 BAY LEAVES
1 CUP BELL PEPPER
Add the bay leaves to hot oil and stir for 1 min.
Add the onion and ginger and fry for 3 mins.
Now add the garlic and cook for 2 mins.
Now add the mixed seafood and cook for 5 to 6 mins.
Add the coconut milk and cook with the lid on for 5 mins.
Now add the salt pepper and fish sauce with the chili and cook on a low heat for 5 more mins.
