It's a heart hitting story in which all means of emotions, love, fear, action, comedy, drama vis. Effects, music are so marvelously presented bt director Dilip Gulati which will freeze audience's eyes on silver screen, which would not have seen before this on Cinemascope film. All artists have done their jobs so perfectly and close to heart no one can forget this film lifelong.
Story based on revenge by a 24 year girl naming Chandni (Poonam Das Gupta) who loves Amar (Amit Panchori) whole heartedly, but incidently few bad boys kill Amit and rape Chandni and finally she turns into "Chandi" to "Chandani" and called 'Qatil Jaadugarni' where she decides to punish all the bad boys. TANTRIK BHAIRAVBABA (Raza Murad), a master mind of tantrs-mantra, tries to save life of bad boys from hands of 'Chandi'
