Young lion cub Spotty is adventurous and curious, two qualities that could get him killed. Having lost his mother, he goes looking for her, and instead finds other members of his pride. While some of his cousins welcome him gently, others are not so kind. Without his mom to protect him, even amongst his own family, Spotty finds himself on the outside looking in. And if she doesn't return soon, he could be in grave danger.
