This is the season to bring out the lion dance! Yes, Manaweblife witnessed a magnificent lion dance right on the streets of Kuala Lumpur on the 3rd of February 2018. This loud and colourful event was to usher in the coming lunar new year. But there is more than that! The parade of decorated floats and accompanying performances along Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Imbi in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur stretched  2 km long ! The lion dance itself was 600ft long, performed by more than 100 man ! That achievement made it into the Malaysian Book Of Records as the longest lion dance in Malaysia. Congratulations to the troupe ! Looking forward to an even longer one next year !
