In Episode 6 of "Life's First-Evers with Jeannie," she surprises Diane and her four best friends from a small town in Iowa by taking them to the California coast to learn how to surf for the very first time. Diane, Cindy, Nancy, Kathy and Kim have been doing their own first-evers for years. As Nancy says, "Life's too short. Let's have adventures." The friends want to learn how to surf, however, in Iowa they are nowhere near water. Jeannie helps the women achieve this first-ever experience of surfing by taking them to Malibu, where hunky instructors Joe and Tyler give them a surfing lesson for beginners.
