Kayce Singletary is the Community Education Director at Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands. Alexis Stratton is the Prevention Education Coordinator at Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands (www.stsm.org), a local non-profit organization that supports survivors of sexual violence and educates the community to identify and prevent sexual violence.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
