Actor Kevin Spacey is being accused of sexually inappropriate behavior by actor Anthony Rapp. Anthony, who was 14 at the time of the alleged incident claims Kevin picked him up, placed him on his bed, and climbed on top of him, making sexual advances. Kevin issued an apology on Twitter claiming he does not remember the incident, but says he owes Anthony "him the sincerest apology for that would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior."
