Real estate mogul Mohamed Hadid is still in very hot water for what turned out to be a very problematic investment! The 71-year-old's 30,000 square foot Bel-Air mansion took a major blow after a judge ruled the property must be demolished due to the danger it presents the surrounding properties. Hadid currently has a $17 million loan on the property and his lawyers stated he cannot afford to demolish the property.
