Sony has greenlit the movie Passengers starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt. The Imitation Game director Morten Tyldum will helm the upcoming sci fi drama that was penned by Prometheus screenwriter Jon Spaihts. The film is about a man, played by Chris Pratt, that is on a colony ship who accidently awakens early from cryogenic sleep amongst thousands of other passengers on a decades long journey. In order to avoid being alone for such a long period of time, he awakens another passenger played by Jennifer Lawrence to keep him company.
