At the launch of the all new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, the all terrain automaker had us run the new Grand Cherokee through a typical off-road course filled with tight squeezes and modest changes in altitude, nothing the new V8 powered Grand Cherokee couldn't glide right over without a second thought. That was until we reached a 30 degree incline, and our off road instructor told us that we might want to use the Jeep's Selec Speed Control, that combines a crawling feature with hill ascent and descent features that allowed the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to climb right up and come right back down the rock face without a second breath.
