Michel whips up a healthier version of the Thai classic you know and love!
Ingredients—
2 packages shirataki noodles
Sauce:
1 tablespoon coconut aminos
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons drippy almond butter
1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon maple syrup
To garnish:
1 cup bean sprouts
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
1 green onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped red cabbage
1/2 lime
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Steps—
Rinse noodles, then boil for 5 minutes. In a dry pan over medium heat, cook noodles for 10 minutes.
Combine sauce ingredients, and toss noodles in the sauce. Serve topped with bean sprouts, peanuts, green onion, cabbage, lime juice and sesame seeds.
