How to Get Legally (and Consensually) Laid

Imagine having to legally give verbal or written consent before, ahem, getting laid, boning, knocking boots, banging, shagging, or whatever you call it. If a new California law passes final debate, this might be the case, at least on any college campus that receive state funding.  In our Wine with Dr. Wendy Google Hangout, we pose the question: Is this an unenforceable law, or might it be just the thing we need to usher in a culture shift? Can this law reduce date rape, domestic violence, and stalking? The lawmakers think so. What do you think?
