After 5 years of taxi cab driving, Moses decided that he wanted to try something new by producing London’s first white rum. Taking us through the process from black strap molasses to fermentation and distillation, Moses prides himself on giving love, attention, and patience to his recipe in order to differentiate from other brands. Sticking to his roots as a taxi driver, the two businesses come together harmoniously and Moses is able to stay true to his passions and dreams.
