When we think of who might be, historically, one of the Palestinians' biggest allies, we don't usually think of India. But it turns out that, for most of its existence, India was a big supporter on the global stage of the Palestinian movement for rights and sovereignty. But all that changed in 1992, when India began normalizing relations with Israel. So what happened?
