Up until his untimely and tragic death this weekend, Philip Seymour Hoffman was a very busy actor and producer working on a myriad of projects, and so the last time ET actually caught up with him for an interview was during the Toronto International Film Festival in the fall of 2011 to talk about one of his newest projects, the baseball drama Moneyball.
