Turn up the great taste on your turkey burgers with great tangy flavors from the classic Reuben sandwich. Mix ground turkey with Italian-style bread crumbs, garlic and Thousand Island dressing, and season patties with garlic salt and more bread crumbs. Place cooked burgers between two slices of whole grain toast, top with mozzarella, fried onions, pepper and sauerkraut and serve with a side of Thousand Island dressing, for dipping!
