Food Safety concerns everyone and it's the European Commission work to guarantee this well being to the 500 million European's citizens. To reach that goal, over 100.000 people across the countries of the EU perform official controls of around 20 million food operators in the EU. The European Commission works to make sure that the food that arrives on 500 million Europeans' plates is safe.
