Dutch prosecutors say they'll charge four suspects with murder over the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. At a press conference in the Dutch city of Nieuwegein, the International Joint Investigation Team confirmed earlier reports about one Ukrainian and three Russian men facing charges for downing the passenger plane. They will be tried in The Hague starting next March. In July 2014, Flight MH17 was hit by a Russian-made missile while crossing eastern Ukraine. All 298 people on board were killed.
