Step 1
SHOOT a 1-minute video of yourself performing the challenge in ONE take today. No editing or special effects required. So don’t cheat.

Step 2
POST your video on Instagram WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS. Daily countdown timer starts from 8am EST / 1pm in London / 6.30pm in India / 9pm in Singapore. Your video will only be valid if you post it up WITHIN the 24-hour once the workout challenge goes up.

Step 3
