Mark Heinlein is a multi-award winning poet who was honored in 2009 with the American Academy of Poets/Virginia de Arujo Award. Mark's poems have been published in magazines and online in places such as the Prose Poem Project, Tar River Poetry, and DMQ Review. Most notably, his poem "Gravity" has been featured throughout cities in Santa Clara County as part of the "Poetry on the Move" campaign. His first book, Everything We Call Ordinary, will be published by Tourane Poetry Press. Mark Heinlein graduated from San Jose State University with a Master of Fine Arts degree.
