Extreme Rope Swing: Daredevil Celebrates Successful Slackline Crossing With Incredible Rope Swing

A CANADIAN slackliner celebrates a successful crossing without safety equipment - by going for a SWING. Vancouver-based Spencer Seabrooke tried a few practice runs over the North Gully of Stawamus Chief Mountain in Squamish, British Columbia. The 25-year-old then removed his safety harness in order to attempt a "free solo" crossing over the 200m drop. After a couple of failures, the daredevil - who is a veteran of more than 200 highline walks - made it across on his third try. And with a successful crossing safely in the bag, the slack lining enthusiast returned to the same spot the following day for an adrenaline-fuelled swing through the gully.
