An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Forest Management and former member of numerous teams like the IWMI, AC Nielsen ORG Marg, Mr Peesapaty is an expert in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, forests and forests based cottage industries, institutional initiatives for rural development, non conventional energy sources and power He is an innovator and entrepreneur with a dream to correct the cropping pattern, introduce an alternative to plastic disposable cutlery which will be almost as cheap and to bring about enhanced export earnings through his concept of Edible Cutlery through his start up - BK Environmental Innovations
