The star also chatted about the mistake he made during a cross-country road trip with his 3-year-old daughter, then made up a song about Ellen’s staff member, “Dave the Gnome.” He also told Ellen about his new show, “Rutherford Falls,” and his poignant movie, “Together Together.”
