Did you know that it is easy as A, B, C to make  your cool homemade fruity smoothie ?
Firstly, choose 3 of your favourite  fruits. For this video it's bananas, red apples and mango. Banana for its Vitamins A and C, potassium ( lowers blood pressure, cardio health), iron ( for blood system) and carbohydrates. Mango for its Vitamin A (good for eyes), antioxidant properties, fiber (for digestive system). While fibre rich red apples have been found to prevent Alzheimer and Parkinson’s, and its antioxidant quercetin improves immune system.

Step 1 : Clean, cut fruits.
Step 2 : Put ice into blender.
Step 3 : Squeeze in some lime juice to add a tangy kick !
Step 4 : Put all the fruits into blender. That's  fast and easy !
When blended it's ready to be enjoyed and shared as a wholesome healthy fruity smoothie !
