Easy Mixed Bean Salad Recipe - Vegan healthy Simple, This is a super eay healthy salad. We have used carrots, onion, green bean, tomatoes, bell peeprs but of course you could be adding cucumber, mushrooms or in fact whatever you liked. Chickpeas, black eyed pea and red kidney beans are our choice of pulses. The dreesing is super eay, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, cumin powder and garlic. A big handful of fresh mint in the mix and we are done. Enjoy.

Teff (Tef) is the smallest grain in the world and is 100% free of gluten, manly used and grown in Ethiopia East Afica, it is what Injera or Enjera is made from. A sough dough flat pancake bread. Rice flour is also a great way to remain free of gluten. Foods made from grains (and grain-like plants) that do notcontain harmful gluten, including: Corn in all forms (corn flour, corn meal, grits,etc.). Rice in all forms (white, brown, basmati and enriched rice). Also amaranth, buckwheat (kasha), Montina, millet, quinoa, teff, sorghum and soy.
A gluten-free diet is a diet that excludes gluten, a protein composite found in wheat and related grains, including barley and rye. Veganism /ˈviːɡənɪzəm/ is the practice of abstaining from the use of animal products, particularly in diet, as well as following an associated philosophy that rejects the commodity status of sentient animals. A follower of veganism is known as a vegan.
