The breathtaking exterior of the Mendenhall glacier as shot by a drone in Juneau, Alaska. THESE breathtaking images show what is believed to be the first documented drone flight through an ice cave. The unmanned drone transmitted back images showing the reality of life beneath the ice at the Mendenhall glacier in Alaska. The onboard camera was able to capture the cave's beautiful ice formations - as well as the cave's stunning exteriors. The flight was carried out as part of a collaboration between Alaska-based producers Firefight Films and DSLR Pros.
