US president Donald Trump is under fire for a series of racist tweets and comments targeting left-wing Democratic congresswomen 'Squad' Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, Ayanna Pressley and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. In a tweet, he urged the US citizens and lawmakers to “go back” to the countries they came from. Speaking later at the White House, Trump said many people agreed with him and liked what he had said. But the four Congresswomen have hit back by holding a press conference where they spoke out against both the president's language and policies.
