Dinner For Two | Shrimp Scampi Recipe - I Heart Recipes

Easy recipe and cooking tutorial on how to cook homemade Shrimp Scampi, which is my copycat version of Red Lobster's shrimp scampi recipe. This is a dinner for two recipe that is perfect for date night, and would make the perfect valentines, anniversary or etc meal . Serve this dish along with bread stick, garlic bread, or warm rolls and a nice green salad. I think it would pair well with a nice white wine!

14 oz linguine pasta
1 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp pure olive oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 cups white wine
1 large lemon
1 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash original seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup salted butter
parmesan cheese, as much as you want
parsley flakes ( Optional)
