Bring fall fruits together to serve in a tender crust in this simple galette pastry. Roll out a simple dough of flour, butter and cream cheese and top with a mixture of apples, cranberries, sugar, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle on some chopped walnuts, then fold up the pastry, brush with egg and finish with raw sugar. Bake until browned and bubbly and serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
