Tuesday, July 24, 108 - Demi Lovato was hospitalized for a 'heroin overdose' just after noon today in LA, TMZ reports. The troubled singer was transported from a home in the Hollywood Hills after being found unconscious. People reports that Demi is now in "stable" condition after being revived with Narcan.

The chart topper came clean about her relapse with drugs and alcohol in June in her new song "Sober," but reports claimed that she was working on regaining her sobriety following the confession.

Celebrities took to social media today, reacting to the sad news. "I love @DDLovato so much. It breaks my heart that she is going through this. She is a light in this world, and I am sending my love to her and her family," Ellen Degeneres tweeted. "i love u @ddlovato," Ariana Grande added. "Poor beautiful spirit @ddlovato I hope she’s ok, and that she makes a full recovery soon," Lily Allen wrote.
