The largest protests in the Czech Republic for 30 years over alleged corruption have failed to shift the country's prime minister, Andrej Babis, who denies all wrongdoing. DW's Conflict Zone asks Czech Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek, a member of the government's junior coalition partners, the Social Democrats, what it will take for him to quit the government led by Babis. He warns that the alternative is a government "supported by populist and extremist forces."
Conflict Zone is Deutsche Welle's top political interview. Every week, our host Tim Sebastian is face to face with global decision-makers, seeking straight answers to straight questions, putting the spotlight on controversial issues and calling the powerful to account.
