Ingredients:
4 cups of white chocolate
Blue candy color
Candy eyes
Chocolate chips cookies
Parchment paper
Steps:
1. Melt the white chocolate
2. Add candy coloring
3. Break chocolate chip cookies
4. Spread blue chocolate on parchment paper
5. Add candy eyes
6. Add cookies
7. Fluff with fork for an added effect
