Through collaborative Innovation Workshops, she shares future trends with customers who want to transform their business by adopting 21st century solutions.

Ms. Lucas is a contributing author for the Daily Energy Report, exploring how innovation can accelerate change in emerging markets.

Shannon has over fifteen years of leading edge technology experience. At T-Mobile, Shannon helped drive the first to market carrier-based Fixed Mobile Convergence offering. She has an extensive background in IP, VoIP and mobile technologies having designed and implemented networks at Microsoft and BT (formerly International Network Services).

Shannon started a technology consulting business focused on non-profits in 2003, which is still operating today.

Shannon's personal passion is transforming businesses through sustainable practices. She has been working on a Sustainable M.B.A. at the Presidio Graduate School and graduated cum laude with a B.A in Art History from the American University of Paris.
