This full body workout is quite challenging but it is definitely THE WORKOUT that you must try if you want to lose those love handles, back fat and all that! It burns over 200 calories easily. For me it burns 250 calories that's because I'm quite petite and small. If you are taller than me (including doing it in high intensity) you will burn much more. For men... you guys will burn more than 300 calories EASILY! 360 is a moderate number for you men out there! You guys can get definitely more out of this!

Hope you enjoy this workout. Also, don't give up. It is hard at first but it will get easier. You will need to build your strength over time and also your stamina. I can do pretty intense workout because my heart can handle it. If you can't then tone it down and slowly build it up. If there's any exercises that you can't do in this workout, then do it more slowly and challenge yourself to work harder the next session! YOU CAN DO IT!
