Beth Holloway is the Director of the Women in Engineering Program (WIEP) and the Director of Student Success in the College of Engineering at Purdue University. Her research areas include differential retention issues for students across engineering disciplines; engineering admissions practices; and women and leadership, particularly in male dominated careers. She currently serves on the board of multiple professional organizations dedicated to women in engineering, and is the advisor to the Purdue Society of Women Engineers. Prior to joining Purdue in 2001, Holloway was a research and development engineering group leader at Cummins, Inc.
