These “black magic” chocolate chip cookies use activated charcoal powder to create a devilishly dark, very demonic-looking dough. But, looks to the contrary, the cookies taste just like our award-winning chocolate chip cookies. Before making these you should do your own research on the health benefits and potential side effects of using activated charcoal, and if you want, you can use black food coloring instead, but either way, these will cast a delicious spell over anyone at your Halloween party.
