Best EVER Pumpkin Pie Recipe - I Heart Recipes

Here is a recipe for the BEST Pumpkin Pie EVER!! Yes, I said it! I honestly wasn't a huge fan of pumpkin pie until I, myself, started baking. I've always been more of a sweet potato pie fan. When it came to pumpkin pies, I thought that people add too much of not enough to their pies. This pumpkin pie is actually very similar to southern sweet potato pie! I almost spice it up the same way. The main difference is the crust. We all know that a crust can either make or break a pie, so to make this pie more special, I made a special crust. Now honestly, I wouldn't consider this pumpkin pie a "classic" pumpkin pie. I say that because I dressed it up quite a bit. I would say it's more modern. Give this recipe a try, tell me what you think- and DON'T skip out on the crust!
