Thanks for watching our first ever Being Boyce “Fitness” video! I’ll be hosting these videos (Daniel), and many times they’ll feature the other guys from the band as well, as we try to stay in shape on the road and at home. In this Manila episode, a friend of ours, Kit Guerra (Philippines National Rugby star and national record holder for the deadlift) hosts us at Primal Ape CrossFit. We learn how do a proper dead lift and we get to experience first-hand how exhausting a Crossfit workout of the day (W.O.D.) can be!
