There’s nothing quite so pleasing as a sandwich stuffed with meat and cheese, so make it happen by dialing up the flavor and combine thin strips of beef sirloin with a dry rub of salt, pepper, paprika, chili, onion and garlic powders, thyme, marjoram and basil. Cook in hot oil and also sauté onion and bell pepper, top everything on hoagie buns along with Swiss cheese and broil until you can wait no longer!
