Are Silicones GOOD or BAD for curly hair?

In short, silicones aren’t exactly BAD as Steve explained, there are a wide variety of silicones and not all are equal. But in general people with curly hair should be cautious with freely using all types of silicones as they can sometimes be beneficial but also can cause some negative effects over time. This is why I chose to keep my @dermae Ramos ???? Clean Curls line Silicone-Free but it does not mean I am against silicones as a whole. I do personally think there is a space for silicones in curly hair types just not in all types of products. ✅
