Back in 2005, Roo became the first cat added to the Guardian Angel program. Cat World caregivers Mike and Shelli cared for him following an accident that took his front legs and a portion of his tail, nursing him until he was adopted. The couple recently had the opportunity to visit Roo in his loving home to see how wonderfully he's doing.
