THESE adorable cubs are melting hearts with every mew - and are said to be America's 'first ever liliger cubs'.The cute trio were born over November 29 and 30 to parent cats Simba, a male lion and Akara, a female liger. A liger is a cross-breed between a lion and a tiger. Animal handlers at the GW Interactive Zoo in Wynnewood, Oklahoma, say they are the first in the US after the world's first were born in a Russian zoo last year. The GW Zoo is home to a number of exotic animals and is asking for donations to help with costs for animal care. Donations can be made at and the Zoo is also accepting Bitcoin donations.
