The Mexican director is tight-lipped when asked about Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador agreeing with comments he made in his acceptance speech that Mexican society remains rife with racist prejudice. Cuaron flashes a peace sign when asked if he thanks that his film can change things in his home country.
